Engineered flooring has been developed as an ’ultra stable’ natural flooring product. We offer engineered Oak flooring & engineered walnut flooring.

Engineered flooring is manufactured using a substantial 189mm wide timber veneer (either 6mm or 4mm) which is bonded to a cross-grain plywood sub-base.

This manufacturing process ensures that the movement in solid flooring normally associated with changes in humidity is reduced to an absolute minimum, because of this, engineered flooring can be used in areas and conditions that would normally render solid wooden floorings unsuitable such as for underfloor heating*, conservatories, and south-facing rooms.

Our engineered oak & walnut floor can be re-sanded if necessary up to 3 times as with a solid floor.
